Subject:ACIDizing .wav files

Hi,

I just got ACID Pro. It's easy enough to get around in, but
I can't seem to find any info on ACIDizing my *own* .wav
files in ACID so that I can change their tempos as well.
Any quick tips or places to look for this? I have a project
due on Friday and I need to get this going. Many thanks in
