Cursed Jaggies

What is the best method for getting rid of this. I do not understand, what is the difference in the deinterlacing - blend, none and interpolate? Could this be causing my jaggies and bit of motion blur. It looks great on a computer screen when played back but when I play on my television I notice the jaggies and motion blur.

If your final playback will be on a regular television, you don't want to deinterlace. (Well, generally.)

one thing that helps is having the project settings at Best rather than Good (takes longer, but looks better when scaling images).

Er... maybe you somehow got the field order reversed?

The fix would be to use the other field order.

(Just a shot in the dark here.)

perhaps some posted screen grabs of the videos after render (played back in VLC media player, it's not hard to pull shots from it, and post them here so we can see the problems).
