Subject:Eq or effects inserts

ACID is certainly one of the best music production programs
available. But I need to be able to EQ or compress my
loops while mixing down. How do you do this with acid.
There are no insert effects, making it impossible to EQ
while mixing. Sure, you can open up Sound Forge and EQ or
compress there, but not while listening to the other
tracks. Any Ideas. Any word of an upgrade that might allow
for insert effects.

Which version of ACID are you using? ACID Pro does provide
for the use of DirectX plug-ins of which EQs are certainly
available.
