Render help

I posted a message about a week ago about help with rendering and well I tried a few things and it helped a bit but it just seems my render isn't crisp enough on a TV. It still seems when there is motion the motion is a bit blurred and around edges of people there seems to bit some jaggies. Here is my properties: Width 848x480, Field oder - None (progressive Scan), Pixel Aspect ratio .9091 (ntsc dv), Frame Rate 23.976 (IVTC film), resolution - best, Motion blur - Gaussian, Deinterlace method - Interpolate fields and I render using Mpeg. It is obviosuly in the render that I am losing something as it looks perfect on the computer. Thanks in advance.

Not sure if this will help much, but i think there's some confusion about the frame size. NTSC DV is always 720x480. When you say 848 that sounds like widescreen, but still the render size would be 720x480 with a pixel aspect ratio of 1.2121. If you really want 848x480 then you would probably want a PAR of 1.0 instead of 0.9091, and you won't be able to render to DV.

I had some serious 'jaggies' in footages from a Sony DCR-SR200. This is the harddrive DV camera. I minimized them by changing the clip properties by right clicking on the clip, then check 'Reduce interlace flicker'. It may help some for you...
