Subject:Recording Acid tune to Cakewalk PA 8 or Sound Forge 4.5

I'm totally new to this 'Computer" studio thing. Terms
like"DSP" and "STMP" or whatever rattle my brain!!! My
question is, if I make a song on Acid, how can I record it
to Cakewalk or Sound Forge as a 2 track Stereo mix??? Or a
wave to burn to cd??? The books confuse me. I'm used to
analog equiptment. I need this explained to me like I'm a
5 year old. Can someone please explain this to me in
detail. Even Email me so I can correspond with you,
especially if you know these programs like the back of your
hand. Thanks.

Read the online documentation...it's all there, in very basic
language.
