Subject:SYNC TO CUBASE VST

Hi everybody! Another Sync problem, this time with Cubase
VST/24 (PC). I have the Virtual Midi Router from the Extra
Files activated and it all shows up in the Midi setup
windows as it is supposed to. I don't need the audio in
Cubase, only Midi when I work with ACID and when I disable
audio in Cubase, I can avoid any soundcard trouble. I set
Cubase to transmit MTC (and it does as seen on the LED's on
my external Midi Interface) . I then set ACID to slave to
MTC, I set the correct frame rate etc. but when I go into
the options menu to put the checkmark on 'chase to MTC',
it tells me that this port is already in use by some other
device. Any tips???

Cubase has a problem with the Virtual Midi Router. Just doesn't
work.

You will have to obtain an alternate MIDI router.

The Virtual MIDI Router is located on the ACID CD. This is the only
way we distribute it.
