Anybody know how to sync Cakewalk pro Audio 8 and Acid
together on the same PC?

I do it using a PC-Midi Flyer. It has Two Midi ins and
outs. Connect midi cables and assign the correct ports in
CW and Acid.

Assuming ACID pro.

Install the Virtual MIDI Router in the extras folder on the ACID
CD-ROM.
This will give you up to 4 virtual MIDI input/output pairs. Have ACID
send
MIDI clock or MTC to one output and have Cakewalk listen on the
cooresponding input.
