I am a new Acid user and I am trying to find out if you can sync your sequencer i.e. Cakewalk with the Song you create in Acid?? Any information would help me... RickK... |

Yes, with ACIC Pro. Goto the Options | Preferences menu and select the Sync tab. You will probably want to set ACID up to generate MIDI Time Clock. There are some other posts here that have covered the steps in detail. I guess you will have to explain this. Are you saying that Cakewalk will change speed or will ACID? If I can't ask you how, then how do I know what you are talking about? The MIDI Clock is the only way that tempo information from ACID can be sent to the sequencer. Dont use the midi time clock, apparently with audio, the clock will always change speed. Use the time code thing..... Dont ask me how.....
