I'm thinking of upgrading to Acid Pro having checked out the demo and bought Acid Music to explore a little deeper - has anyone tried Pro with an Event Darla [2in 8out] or something similar? - Cris |

I'm using ACID 1 with a GINA and there is absolutely no problem whatsoever doing that. I can assign to different outs on the fly during playback as well. As a matter of fact, you can do this with multiple audio cards simultaneously, such as your regular Soundblaster and Darla, etc. Good luck. eagleryz wrote: > I'm thinking of upgrading to Acid Pro having checked out > the demo and bought Acid Music to explore a little deeper - > has anyone tried Pro with an Event Darla [2in 8out] or > something similar? - Cris |

I use Acid Pro with a Darla. Works fine - BUT ... BUT I am having an unexplained hard hang sometimes when I open my .acd files that reference the many extra output tracks. I believe the Darla driver may have conflicts with Acid. I have a Darla and Acid Pro, have never had any problems with the program. It is by the far the most stable ap I have ever used. Make sure that you upgrade to the latest ASIO drivers for Darla. -Tad Lucas Gonze wrote: >>I use Acid Pro with a Darla. Works fine - BUT >> >>...
