Subject:volume change

I have ACID and Sound Forge 4.0,when I try to edit acid track in the
sound forge the volume
increases for 3-4dB
anyone!

in acid, the fader for that track is probably down a little.
if you move it up to zero, they should be the same volume.

In my work with ACID I have found that ACID projects saved
as stereo .WAVs are a little lower in volume than the
original .ACD file sounds in ACID, and that ACID projects
saved as mono .WAVs are hotter by a few decibels than the
original .ACD file. "Normalize" in Sound Forge is an
excellent way of even-ing things out.

I would suggest using a Dynamics Processer, like Wave hammer or a waves compresser.
