Subject:Wrong info showing in File Properties

Although 9c has apparently fixed some errors in File, Properties, this one is still happening... if I make a CCITT u-Law file, 8-bit, 8KHz, mono (used for phone answering devices, usually) the Properties box always shows it as 16-bit. (Windows itself sees it correctly as 8-bit if I right-click on the file.) Please fix!
