Subject line pretty much says it all. If I activate the /3GB switch, will Acid be able to see the additional memory being made available to it? Or will I have to run the LaaTiDo hack (which takes non-LAA applications and performs a simple edit to the .exe to make it large address aware - usually flawlessly). I did it with Kontakt 2 standalone, and I'll do it with Acid if I have to. But if I don't, then I won't. :) But without running a simple test (trying to load ~2.9 gigs of samples would verify it's working), I figured I'd just ask here for simplicity's sake. -Tom |

If you look at the used/available RAM in the status bar you will see that it is not by default. I haven't had any ill effects from making any SOFO product LAA. |
