Subject:controller data in clip?

Hello All,

I did not use my Acid Pro 6 for a while, but now I would like to do a small project and immediately run into a problem. Don’t know if it has to do with me upgrading to 6.0d.
Anyhow, after recording a midi clip I wanted to move it to another place, then I discovered that actually midi controller 64 (pedal) is written to the track in the form of a envelope separate from the notes.
What a mystery, how can I move freely a clip without losing the connection to the controller data?

Thanks in advance:

Kind regards, Robert

Mmm...any envelope should also be moved or copied along with the clip in question. Did you ensure that Options > Lock Envelopes to Events was enabled on the menu bar?

Thanks Iacobus, That was exactly it.
It will take me some time to get used to Acid again.
Thanks again,

Robert

The CC data is actually still in the clip, so you can move/copy the clip to other tracks or projects. You can then import the CC data to the time line as an envelope by right clicking on the event and selection the merge envelope data option.
