Otherwise ACID has no way of knowing what key they are originally in. Right-click on the track header for the track the loop is on and select Properties.... Select the Stretch tab and see if the Root note: says Don't transpose. If that is the case then that's why the key change markers are not transposing the loop. Set the Root Note to the proper root key and save it and the loop will transpose with the key change markers. ~jr
