Subject:inconsistent markers

Has anyone also noticed that placing a marker with the M key, either in playback or recording, does not consistenly drop a marker? I get the marker about 1 out of every 4 times. This is also causing problems for me, especially with the wacky cursor operation. (I used to just click at a point I wanted to come back to after hearing the current section.)

Hi KPoling...

I tested pressing M key to drop markers in plackback mode and it worked fine. I tried different ways: pressing the M key in small intervals (less than 1 second) and in intervals greater than 1 second.

However, I did not test in recording mode. As soon as I do that, I'll let you know.
