Subject:Why no Backwards Compatability?

I was just thinking and wondering you guys didn't implement any kind of backwards compatability in Acid. There should an option to render/ or save projects as older versions of Acid in case you need to use that version for some reason. Now I know you can always just save the project under a different name, but I was just wondering this if anyone can shred any light on the subject,
thanks,

To do this would mean loss of data. That is an ACID 6 project rendered to an ACID 5/4 project would loose data.

With ACID 6 this is even more of an issue since ACID 6 supports multiple loops/media on a track.

With the additional MIDI capabilities of ACID 6, this would also be a very "lossy" render to an ACID 4/5 project.
