Subject:Bad luck with Acid and FW410 on Bootcamp

Anyone had success with Acid in Bootcamp on a Macbook Pro?

Vegas, Soundforge, etc...work fine. Acid likes to periodically drag tempo for short periods of time when using my M-Audio FW410. I can't trace down the problem and I'm not a newbie...by any means.
