Subject:Minor (but annoying) Time stretch bug

In SF 8 if you make a selection and activated time stretch, the panel would open in time input format and the initial selection would automatically be set to the length of whatever you selected.

In SF 9 the panel opens in percentage input format. If you change the format to time, the initial selection defaults to 1 minute, and you have to re-enter your selection time.
