Can you drag takes of audio along the time line line in a DAW, in the multi track files? ...Or do you still have to copy and paste / merge around the file? |

You still have to copy/paste/merge. Forge is a file editor, not a multi-track, NLE, or DAW. If that's what you're looking for, please try out ACID or Vegas. J. |

Just making sure y'all didn't change any functionality in that sense. Would have been nice for sound design. :) |

I should point out that you can now drag selections within a single file and there are some mix/paste enhancements with respect to edge fades, etc. But it's not a trackview in the same sense as Vegas or ACID. Check out the trial version if you are interested. J. Message last edited on4/11/2007 7:13:05 AM byForumAdmin. |

Graci. Yeah I'll probably be upgrading. The built in 'always on' phasescopes and true RMS VUs are worth the price to me. Message last edited on4/11/2007 8:05:35 AM byRyan Jaeger. |
