Hello,

I was editing a file and I wanted to use the kjaerhus classic range vst's on it with the plugin chainer , and then automate them...

I chose classic flanger and enabled to automate the rate of the flange. Without processing the automation to the file first, I dragged the wave file to a new window (while it was playing in loo),

then the following exception came up:

It didn't happen with the automatable plugins and also not with other vst plugs, only with kjaerhus classic flanger and reverb...

also, is it possible to give the automation envelopes on the sound file another color than just brown ?

Will check it out, thanks. It crashes for me even when not playing back or automated, yikes.

You can change FX envelope colors in Options->Preferences->Display. It appears you may have to restart Forge after you change them, which shouldn't be necessary, so I'll look into that, as well.
