Subject:I Can't Open Casio CSG Files (MIDI)

Hi!

I'm making a Music Production with Acid 6.0d and my client have a Casio Keyboard, but It produce only .CSG Files in to a Floppy Disk, so I Can't open this file type with ACID.

All the sound traks has been maked in the Casio Keyboard, so I Can't open the files with Acid and the keyboard does not send me MIDI Control data and does not receive MIDI start, stop or MIDI clock, so I Can't read the midi notes with the proper beat.

ACID does not support this format, and from what I can tell it is not documented.

Casio does supply a SMF to CSG converter

perhaps it will also convert the other way.

Have you contacted Casio about this to see if they offer a solution?

What model of Casio keyboard do you have?
