Are you using a Mackie control - or a device that emulates one? Please add and expose your system specs to your user profile. Peter Message last edited on2/25/2007 5:19:49 PM bypwppch. |

Please fill out your system specs in your user profile. Does it always crash, or only when you do specific things? Are you stopping record from the Mackie or the ACID GUI? If you remove the Mackie and/or disable external control, does it still crash? Peter |

This is what I needed to know. Can you answer one of my original questions please: Are you stopping record from the Mackie or the ACID GUI when the crash occurs? I don't know why the use of the Mackie is causing a problems. We are invesitgating. Thanks Peter Message last edited on3/24/2007 11:36:47 AM bypwppch. |

I'm have the same issue. I'm new here, only had Acid Pro for a few hours. I use a Yamaha 01X so I'm am using the emulation mode. Acid hangs on start and stop, everything else works fine. Just some quick spec, 6.0D ASIO MLAN AMD 64 2 GB other apps (Sonar, Project 5, Live, Reason,) Other sound cards installed (Delta, E-mu) |

>>Acid hangs on start and stop, everything else works fine. What exactly do you mean by this? You hit stop on the ACID transport or with the O1X? If you remove the O1X as a control surface, you have no problems? Peter |

When stopping using the stop on the 01X CPU spikes to 100% and just sits there. If I flip the 01x out of remote mode Acid comes back to life the CPU goes back to idle. |
