Subject:Piano Roll editor gone!

Recently I went to edit a MIDI track. I called up the clip properties and instead of the piano roll editor, I get a blank gray box. I then went to older projects and tried there - still no piano roll. Then I opened a new Acid project and added a blank MIDI clip - still no piano roll.

Somehow the piano roll editor vanished from my system? Has anyone ever had this happen?

I guess I have to reinstall....very strange.

We have had this reported, but have never been able to reproduce.

If you have a specific scenario that puts you into this state, please let me know.

I wish I could help, but it was one of those things where one day I noticed it (I don't do much MIDI editing).

So I guess the solution is to reinstall Acid?
