Subject:Acid Pro 6.0d and EVP73 - pitch issue

Doing some tracking in 6.0d, and had to play in a different key to get my old emagic EVP73 VSTi close to the right pitch. On rendering it tracked correctly, so I had to render the EVP track, import as a wav and shift the pitch.

I'm guessing (but not sure) that this may be related to it being a 48 / 16 project instead of 44.1 / 16. I'm stuck with 48khz because of my Audigy card. I'm using the Audigy ASIO driver. EVP73 is the onlysoftsynth this has happened with so far, but I haven't done a lot in 6.0d yet.

You are right about the 48-44 thing.

If I remember correctly, isn't the EVP73 only able to function at 44.1KHz?

I'm not sure that eMagic ever released an update to extend it's functionality to support higher sample rates.

Thank you - I'm living with it. If Mr. Ray did tremolo, I'd pitch the EVP in a heartbeat.
