Acid Pro 6.0d and EVP73 - pitch issue -ACID Product Family

On rendering it tracked correctly, so I had to render the EVP track, import as a wav and shift the pitch. I'm guessing (but not sure) that this may be related to it being a 48 / 16 project instead of 44.1 / 16. I'm stuck with 48khz because of my Audigy card. I'm using the Audigy ASIO driver. EVP73 is the onlysoftsynth this has happened with so far, but I haven't done a lot in 6.0d yet.
