Subject:Multiple Parts

I am attempting to record my first single with the Sound Forge Audio Studio version 8 I presume. I've already made the music, and I would like to add the background vocals by myself. But I cannot figure out how to record while having the seperate parts play in my ear so the timing is correct, as well as having the music play. Can someone help.
