Subject:ACID 5c won't start

When I try to start ACID 5c, The green screen comes up, then disappears and.....nothing. ACID will not start up.
Vegas 6 is ok, CD Architect 5.2 is OK.
I tried a reinstall, still no love.
Using Windows XP sp2, all the latest updates.
Used to work fine.

Did you install any VST or VSTi plugins lately?
