6.0d is crashes whenever I drag tracks on the timeline while playing.

Also just crashed while playing and dragging the vertical scroll bar!

And now again trying to adjust view while playing.

Definitely UNSTABLE.

Yes, I've been hitting send report.

Just wondering how common this is.

Acid is still my fav for making mixes and libraries, work flow is still the best for me, but not if it keeps on crashing!

Someone had posted this awhile back, it worked for me....
I was getting crashes during many simple operations...

Disable: Create poject file backups on save
Disable: Enable autosave
Disable: Automatically detect plug and play CD/DVD drives
Disable: Save media-usage relationships in active media library
Disable: Enable media manager

No, that does not stop the crashing. This is a serious bug! This version of Acid is crashing every couple of operations and now I've got autosave turned off (not that it was really helping anyways).

I've been a serious user since the beginning when I won a free copy back in 1999. This is definetly a rough release like their team doesn't have it together no more.

Also getting another bug: when selecting disc-at-once from the tools menu the window loses focus and acid is no longer the active window.

Okay, this is kind of interesting...I left Acid running after getting the error message and taking time to post. Playback was still looping and I had not closed the error message. I was able to save and just kept working, but then moments later it of course crashed again. This time it doesn't look good. Stuck with the not responding hourglass and no sound running this time either.

Well, it's a good thing I'm just about done this project. I'm definitely going to have to step back from this release before going on to the next one.

I've had errors/crashes similar to those you list in your first post...though not quite as frequent as you seem to be having.
