All that stuff is royalty free ... if you use it in your own compositions. Any music you create using them is yours to do with as you please. You cannot, however, simply resell or redistribute the loops themselves.

This is stated in the END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SONY MEDIA SOFTWARE CONTENT LIBRARIES. In the first article of the agreement it states:

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. ...You are free to use the Content CD in your own original compositions without restriction.

Without restrictions means that anything you create with Sony loops is yours to use royalty free. This may not be true for ALL loop libraries from 3rd parties. So it's not the ACID agreement you need to read, it's the loop library agreement that counts.

Another related issue that comes up is loop content artist credits. You may NOT credit the artist(s) in your composition without their permission. For example, if you used Mick Fleetwood's Acid drum loops, you cannot state in CD liner notes or anywhere else something like: "Drums - Mick Fleetwood" or "Drum loops by Mick Fleetwood"

Yes. Always read the loop library license agreement to determine what you can and cannot do with the loops.
