Subject:NI Audio Kontrol

I'm looking for a USB or Firewire Audio interface for my laptop. The NI Audio Kontrol appeals to me because it ships with some nice goodies (Guitar Combos for one). Does anyone have any experience using the AK with ACID -- XP SP2 OS
