More than likely due to a permissions problem. Try opening Vegas from an administrator's account, problem should disappear! If that's the case, you need to grant the user account read and write permissions to the Sony Vegas directory and possibly the corresponding registry keys. Edit: In addition, you will have to enable the media manager and point it to the default library that will be located under the "My Documents" of the account you installed Vegas with. OK so what now...I've granted full access to my user account but am still getting the message...NOT a permissions issue. How do you "POINT THE MEDIA MANAGER"??? There is something installed but damn if I can figure out where the hell it is or what it does. Thanks, John |
