Subject:rendering to mp3

When I attempt to render a finished track to mp3 it tells me that " Either this plug in have not been installed or your 30 day demo time have expired " - I have uninstalled and re-installed my recently purchased Acid Pro 6 on 3 occasions now and it still does not make any differnce. I also removed every other version of Acid or Sonic Foundry related software and this has still not made any difference - I really need this fixing fast as I am a working musician and I need to be able to transfer mp3 files across the internet - It is now Christmas Day and after spending $468 yesterday morning in purchasing the full version I am really disappointed as I know that I will not have a fully working version over Christmas. I suspect that the fault lies with the fact that I was testing out the new version with the 30 day trial and I rather think that as a consequence there is something lurking around in my registry that still thinks I am using a demo version. If this is so, is there a fixtool that will allow the pro version of Acid to bypass the error message. Please let me know asap how to get around this problem or if anyone has encountered similar problems. Also because of this I cannot even burn at once to a CD without receiving the same message - And when it boots up it reads "The MSSQL$SONY_MEDIAMGR service does not exist or the current account does not have enough privelege to manage it" - I have been through all the support answers that relate to this and none of them work and have evn installed Acid now for a fourth time. 8 Hours on Christmas Eve and 4 on Christmas Day and I can't even burn off a single CD - Absolutely appalling and I would have thought that a giant like Sony would have at least been able to organise downloadble product in a nice easy plug and play fashion. I will have to sit and wait for technical support to hopefully come up with an answer but if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be eternally grateful.

Many thanks
