Hi all .Is Acid Pro in its latest incarnation able to handle and manipulate Intel's new beast's 4 cores? I'm aware of the ''dual/multi'' support but 4 cores is something that most soft around can't handle .Even most benchmark programs are reported not able to understand the 4 cores and actually treat the cpu as plain dual core . A cpu that costs 900+ euros is quite an investment so if anybody could answer i'd be much obliged.Cheers all :-) |

Is Acid Pro in its latest incarnation able to handle and manipulate Intel's new beast's 4 cores? Acid will use as many cores as you can throw at it. |

That is soooo freaking cool. Imagine what it would be like to mix on a dual quad core system with a ton of ram....drool. One day. Ed. |
