i am very pleased with 6.0 inline midi editing, i never bothered with midi in acid prior to 6.0 cause it sucked so bad. the inline editor alloys you edit what your sequence, how you arranged it. good job sony ,,,,, but ? is there a way to have the inline editor pop up outside of the track, like the chopper, trackproperties, explorer, etc this way you dont have to constantly resize the midi tracks Message last edited on11/27/2006 4:18:58 PM byozzborn. |

No, but there is a track maximize and minimize button in the header which makes it very easy to expand and contract the track when needed. Pushing the Maximize Track Height button twice makes it the same size (i.e., push once for max and again for regular height) ~jr |

One other tip; Pressing the ` (grave accent - above tab key) key or Ctrl+ ` will move all tracks in and out of min/default sizes. ` (grave accent) : Minimize/restore track height for all tracks Ctrl+` (grave accent) : Return all tracks to the default height Also Shift+Up or Down Arrow : Zoom track height in/out (when timeline has focus) This can be very useful if you have resized a number of tracks during editing.
