I glitch in sony sound forge 7.0, after almost a year of using the program with no problems. One day a went to burn a CD and the tracks where gone. when I burn a CD instead of recording it with say 10 songs separated by tracks they all show up as one track? UUUMMM! what is with that?

Its not a glitch and evidently this is the first time you've tried to burn more than one track at a time in Sound Forge. A major shortcoming, Sound Forge does not support "disc at once" (DAO) CD burning – you have to burn each track individually (one at a time) in order for track markers to appear on your CD. Vegas, CDA, and Acid 6 will burn DAO, as well as hundreds of other programs. You can probably find some freeware that will do this.

Is CDA5.2 available 'free' to SF7 users ?

There are a bunch of free burners out there, although I haven't tried them. There's a list at:

But yep, that's the problem. You need DAO burning.

CDA wasn't included with SF7, but I don't know if Sony may be giving it to SF7 users now...
