The technique known as "Worldizing" works for me and many when called upon to But without specifics, (transistor radio? Car radio, ect.??? ) we can't tell you how to go about it. |

Try a shelving HPF around 50Hz and LPF around 8KHz. Sony Track EQ (bands 1 and 4), 24dB/8ve geoff |

In addition to what Scott said, try playing around with the "center frequency" (bring it up a bit) and "band width" (bring it down a bit) settings in the Parametric EQ. try the free "vinyl" plugin from Izotope. It's meant to sound like damaged LPs but some of its effects are pretty AM like. |
