You mean a VSTi? Hmm. The easiest way I can think of is to set the Loop Region over the area you'd like to render out (make sure you solo the track or tracks you want to include in the render), then use Ctrl+M to render using the "render loop region only" option.

There's a distinct possibility that ACID might turn your sample into a Loop if the sample is long enough. (Anything half a second or longer gets turned into a Loop.) If that happens, go into the clip properties and change the ACID track type to, "One-Shot." Then save using the save icon in the same window.

(Alternatively, you can also use Sound Forge's (excellent) ACID Loop Creation Tools to change the ACID track type. (Special > Edit ACID Properties on the menu bar.) I'd actually recommend using Sound Forge just to tweak any glitches the sample may have anyway.)

Make sure you get the volume as close to unity as possible before rendering, at least -6.0 dB or else you're going to have a quiet-sounding sample.
