Subject:It's like I have stuck keys on my controller

I just noticed this yesterday, If my tracks not playing I can play the keys on my midi controller and the vst works fine, then if I hit play and try and play some keys it's like a key gets stuck and won't shut off, I am baffled. Tried different VST's it's all the same. |

Which keyboard are you playing? 1) An external MIDI controller keyboard? 2) The on-screen keyboard on the left side of the MIDI track when in In-line MIDI Edit mode? 3) The keyboard at the bottom of the DLS Synth soft synth properties page? 4) A keyboard displayed in the VST instruments user interface? Pcr-30 midi controller, It seems to have something to do with my soundcard: EMU 0404, because when I switch to microsoft sound mapper the problem goes away. |

I had the exact same problem with 6.0b. I reinstalled 6.0a and the problem was gone. Seems that sony broke something in 6.0b. Bo |

So this might have something to do with hyper threading on P4's. |

Audio device set to Emu-Asio I press play, then try and jam along with my midi keyboard triggering a soft synth, but once I hit one key it won't turn off, and keeps playing. Audio device set to Microsoft sound mapper works fine though. |
