say i loaded a sample into the chopper i cut it up to the sound i want how would i play that sound with my midi keyboard and record it into my sequence?

You would have to Chop To New Clip and then load that clip into a MIDI sample player like Kompakt Sony ACID Pro Edition that came free with ACID Pro 6.0 and assign it to a note. Then play it back with your MIDI controller.
