Subject:Rendering to new track

Ok, in the old versions 4.0 and 5.0 when you render say 3 or 4 tracks to a new track with key changes used in the markers, playback was fine and and the new track went with the key changes. Now the rendered track on playback with 6.0 has the key changes in it but also changes key's again when the timeline oasses over the key change markers. I can get the track to play normal if I delete the key change markers but no other way. Is there a marker mute on 6.0 or am I missing something here. I've been using acid since 4.0 pro.
Thanks for any suggestions: Mick

Mmm...what could be happening is if your rendered tracks are turned into a Loop or Beatmapped track, then the standard rule applies: Any project key change that occurs will be applied to that track.

For example, if you have a phrase that goes from D to E and you bounce down, the bounced down audio will be ACIDized in D.

This means that the audio will remain in D before the key change (because that's the root key it was assigned) but will stretch up a step when it gets to the E key change.

Remember ACID has no way of knowing what's going on frequency-wise. ACID is merely doing what you're telling it to do. It's merely taking the ACIDized sample and stretching it up a step.

Loop and Beatmapped tracks are stretched by ACID, whereas One-shots are not stretched by ACID.
