Subject:Error message and crash

My fellow acid users,
I had a acid 5.0 rev C and no problems until I upgraded to 6.0 b. now I have random crashes which I cannot figure out. I have uninstall everything form 5.0 and re installed it up to 6.0 b. when I get this message, acid crashes and closes. Please help me resolve this issue.

O.S is windows Xp pro SP2
this is the error I get
Faulting application acid60.exe, version 6.0.0.305, faulting module winmm.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x0001cb8a.

Try completely uninstalling 5.0c, then deleting any leftover folders. (By default, they are in, "C:\Program Files\Sony\ACID Pro 5.0" and "C:\Program Files\Sony Setup\ACID Pro 5.0.")

Then install only 6.0b. Make sure after you install 6.0b to restart your system, then try launching 6.0b.
