What is the lowest amount it is possible to move a clip? Is it possible to nudge clips by one sample for example? I would like to see a nudge feature at some point and per sample movement of clips if this is not already possible

You sure as anything can nudge it sample-by-sample. You just have to do it manually.

Zoom in as much as possible. (Place the cursor where you want to focus on; either use your mouse wheel or Ctrl + Up Arrow a few times.)

Click the event/clip (or select the events you want to nudge before zooming in). Press 4 or 6 on your keyboard's numpad. Voila.
