Subject:acidpro-5 not working

Thanks for the input, but i did remove acidpro-5 from add remove in windows control panel , did reload software from cd and after all that the program did not start. I downloaded the program from sony update acidpro-5-c latest version and it did not work , i mean the software installs but when i click the icon for the program it does not start. This all started when i did download sony acidpro-5 updates, before that the program was working good. I also downloaded aciddpro-6 the program worked , now it expired so even if i download the program again, i dont- have the option to review the program again , i have to buy-it , any solutions for the problems that i have ? thanks... I love acidpro but after all these problems i think that i have to take my money to other music software program.. Is it possivel that some peace of a file stying in the computer and that prevents-me to use acidpro5 thal i allready paid for ? i am having these problems after the updates and after download acidp-6...thanks
