Subject:midi controller + ACID = transposing

I have the M-Audio Keystation Pro 88 and for whatever reason today its transposing one half step down. (C is a B, F is an E) and I can't get it to stop. I've looked in Acid and Reason and there's nothing seemingly wrong there. I don't really use it as more than a strict keyboard input, but I've messed with all the knobs and buttons on the thing and I can't seem to get it to stop this any ideas?
