Hello all. I recorded some vocals and I had the subject stand about six inches back (a recommendation I heard on-line). The recording was flawless (he sang it perfect), but he sounds really distant. I used some compression (Wave Hammer) and Wave Doubler, but he still sounds 'distant' a little. Any pointers? |

1 - Turn the mic around the right way (if side address LDC - I spend about 20 minutes trying to figure this out once ...) . 2 Move closer. geoff |
