Man, I can't figure out how to adjust the end time for a midi loop. I've ReadTFM (the help file) and it doesn't go far into midi editing loops as far as I can tell. Help? This should be simple. |

The loop length of a MIDI clip is determined by it meter and the last note msg of the clip. So, you cannot make 1 measure (at 4/4 say) loop as two measures. This is a feature we are looking at for a future version of ACID. Peter |

Essentially, but also rounded to the nearest full bar. So, if you have a 4/4 loop with a note at 2.1 that lasts for 32nd note, the loop will be 2 full bars. You can use the chopper to build things up or manually chop things up on the time line - i.e. inserting space or drawing as one shots vs loops. We are looking at how we want to handle this for a future version of ACID. This will not be address in an update. Peter Message last edited on8/3/2006 8:22:54 PM bypwppch. |
