Subject:Creating wav file loops

I am a ACID Pro user and am trying to figure out how the "acidized" wave loops that are commercially available are created. I am a musician and would like to create my own loops which include information about key, etc. but have no idea what software can be used to do that. Does SoundForge have that capability? If not, does anyone know how it is done.

Create regions, then fine tune with loop edit under "Veiw> Loop tuner":and/or "Special> Acid .. menus)".
