Subject:ACID XMC 6.0

Does anyone have a resolution to the following error when attempting to run ACID XMC 6.0 after installation:

acidxmc60.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x02834010" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

I just purchased SONY Vegas Studio Platinum Suite with the included, above application. Both DVD Architect and Vegas Studio 6.0 work out of the box on a SONY VAIO PCG-V505BX running W2K3 Server with all attendant updates.

Additional Note:

All Sonic Foundry and Sony Media Registry keys have appropriate access perms.
