Subject:Retard / Slow Down Tempo?

Is there a way to have the tempo for a measure or so to slowly retard (or slow down)? For instance, I got a track that is at 104 bpm... but for one bar, I want it to go from 104 t0 99 (gradually), but then bump it back up to 104. I understand the tempo function, and I guess I could do like 10 tempo changes during that one measure to try and get it to do what I want, but I didn't know if there was a feature to pull this off. (I'm using a mix of MIDI and Audio in my track)
