use free tool called avi4cc changer (included in xvid) and change the code do DX50.

make sure to have divx intalled, now should work.

i just wanna know why it cant open xvid... a codac fault?

Thanks for the replay malows.

I have aviC tool inside XviD folder but the pop up's menu doesn't show any DX50,only xvid,divx,div3,div4,mp42,mp43,I loaded the file but DX50 is not there.

btw the tool is called,nic's Mini AviC FourCC Changer , is that the right one?

use nic's Mini AviC FourCC Changer, change to divx, assuming that you have divx codec installed.
