Acid surface control problems -ACID Product Family

Subject:Acid surface control problems Posted by: Reub Date:4/30/2006 10:30:11 AM Hi all, Anyone else having prob's with acid 6 external control ? I'm using a Novation remote 49 and the transport controls only work once then i use the mouse to play/stop then the remote works one time then stops working again, or put another way, it works every other time. The same thing happens when controling other stuff, the master fader for example. Then i'm using the x-y pad with some synth and it starts activating the transport controls. I can't get my Mackie Extender and MCU to show up together and the Extender always puts the uot port on my Motu Midi Express to the same as the MCU so if I move a fader on the XT it makes the MCU follow it. I have everythign on correct ports and on seperate ports but it won't let me use both. I don't knwo how to install these things basically aside from adding Mackie Control and then hit scan which it almost always finds the MCU but if I plug in the XT it switches to only that and says the MCU is offline. Please let me knwo what I should do thanks! Joe
